About the role
Brillio's AI and data team develops AI/ML and data-driven products and experiments. The lead sets priorities, guides technical decisions and governance, and coordinates the team’s work across AI initiatives.
What you'll do
- Set priorities across AI enablement and experimentation workstreams
- Translate business workflows and pain points into technical work
- Coordinate planning, demos, and progress updates
- Allocate team resources and reprioritize experiments
- Guide model, infrastructure, and build-versus-buy decisions
- Manage AI governance practices and infrastructure costs
