About the role
Brillio's Digital Engineering department supports core banking, deposit and investment systems. The Business Analyst will analyze requirements, configure banking applications, assess integrations and resolve production issues.
What you'll do
- Provide daily technical support for core banking, deposit and investment systems
- Elicit, analyze and document requirements for system enhancements and changes
- Assess the impact of integrations and interfaces on business processes
- Configure banking solutions and implement incremental enhancements
- Analyze data to validate systems and identify process improvements
- Lead production issue resolution and facilitate design workshops
