Lead Business Analyst

Clarivate’s Data & AI Consulting team delivers custom technology solutions for client projects. This Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, support Agile delivery and testing, and assist with validation and deployment activities.

• Gather and document client user and functional requirements
• Run discovery workshops to prioritize requirements and assess feasibility
• Communicate client requirements to delivery teams using Agile Scrum
• Coordinate with development and QA teams on quality and traceability
• Support technical writers and trainers during deployment and change management
• Assist with GxP validation plans with customers and compliance teams
