Senior Business Analyst

• Lead requirements discovery, process mapping, and impact assessments
• Define business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Design controlled processes that support efficient adoption
• Partner with IT, vendors, and business teams to deliver platform changes
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, training inputs, and go-live readiness
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled process improvement
