About the role
Dentsu Global Services supports business and technology initiatives through global, cross-functional teams. You will translate business needs into testable requirements and coordinate Scrum delivery, testing, implementation readiness, and follow-up.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and traceability documentation
- Refine and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Owner and delivery team
- Facilitate Scrum events and track sprint progress, risks, and dependencies
- Plan system testing and user acceptance testing, including scenarios and defect triage
- Coordinate implementation readiness and validate outcomes after release
