About the role
Dentsu Global Services supports Merkle's Salesforce Commerce Cloud initiatives and eCommerce releases. This person will lead end-to-end testing, validate integrations and customer journeys, and support release readiness.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end QA for Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects and releases
- Test storefront, checkout, payment, order management, and post-purchase journeys
- Validate SFCC configurations and integrations with external systems
- Create test plans, cases, scenarios, and strategy documents
- Manage defects and lead QA sign-off and release readiness
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve regression testing
