Director - AI Software Engineering

GE Vernova’s AI Foundry builds internal AI productivity applications and other AI solutions for the company. The director will lead engineering teams and contractors to deliver reliable AI software from concept to production.

• Lead delivery of AI software solutions within scope, budget, and timelines
• Manage engineers and contractors, providing day-to-day project direction
• Guide technology rollout, product architecture, and engineering standards
• Coordinate with product, security, business, and operations teams
• Track implementation progress, risks, and conflicting priorities
• Ensure solutions meet compliance and controllership standards
