About the role
The role supports enterprise infrastructure services across storage, backup, and recovery systems. You will administer storage and backup platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and improve data protection and disaster recovery readiness.
What you'll do
- Administer enterprise storage platforms and provision LUNs and volumes
- Monitor storage performance, utilization, and capacity requirements
- Manage backup policies, retention, validation, and restore testing
- Troubleshoot storage and backup incidents across storage and operating systems
- Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and recovery procedures
- Automate routine operations using scripting and automation platforms
