Finastra provides financial services software for lending, payments and universal banking. You will lead hands-on database architecture, performance, reliability, automation and modernization work across Oracle and PostgreSQL platforms.

• Set database standards, architecture principles and operating procedures
• Review database architecture, schemas and data modeling strategies
• Diagnose complex performance issues and optimize SQL workloads
• Support cloud transformation and Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations
• Automate database deployments, health checks, patching and backups
• Mentor database administrators and contribute to database roadmaps
