About the role
H&M Group operates global fashion brands and ventures. The Facility Manager will oversee facility services, suppliers, maintenance, lifecycle planning, and energy performance across the site portfolio.
What you'll do
- Own facility management categories, standards, supplier performance, and cost optimization
- Lead or support sourcing and procurement of facility service providers
- Monitor portfolio condition and plan maintenance, lifecycle investments, and asset upkeep
- Maintain asset, reactive work, and preventive maintenance data in Planon
- Monitor site energy consumption and drive efficiency initiatives
- Align facility plans and services with business needs and compliance requirements
