About the role
BlueOptima provides engineering intelligence analytics to large enterprises. You will build and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, and dashboards while leading and mentoring junior developers.
What you'll do
- Develop full-stack components using Java, Spring Boot, and frontend frameworks
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with responsive single-page applications
- Own feature development from database design through deployment
- Investigate and resolve complex full-stack issues raised by users
- Tune application performance across databases, servers, and user interfaces
- Lead and mentor junior developers across the technology stack
