About the role
BlueOptima provides engineering intelligence software that helps enterprises measure software productivity, assess AI ROI and reduce delivery risk. The Implementation Engineer will onboard clients, troubleshoot platform and data issues, and train client administrators.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead client onboarding, setup and technical implementation
- Install and configure the BlueOptima platform
- Resolve Tier 1 integration, access, configuration and data issues
- Monitor client data health and address collection or integration problems
- Train client administrators to manage platform operations
- Coordinate feature rollouts and share client feedback with Engineering and Product
