What you'll do
- Lead and support production teams in meeting manufacturing objectives
- Monitor production performance and improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery
- Develop training plans and coach production team members
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure production records and Device History Records are accurate and timely
- Identify quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
