About the role
GE HealthCare develops medical technology and digital healthcare solutions, including CT manufacturing. The trainee will support process improvements, quality investigations, production metrics, and manufacturing documentation.
What you'll do
- Monitor manufacturing defects, yields, and quality metrics
- Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects
- Participate in root cause investigations and CAPA follow-up
- Maintain QMS documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Coordinate equipment calibration and support validation activities
- Troubleshoot production issues with cross-functional teams
