About the role

RBAI manufactures electronic products for the automotive sector. The Group Leader will govern quality systems, audits, compliance, laboratories, and manufacturing process controls while developing quality capabilities across the plant.

What you'll do

Develop and sustain the quality management system against standards and customer requirements
Govern internal, customer, and certification audits and ensure corrective actions are closed
Ensure regulatory, product safety, and product conformity compliance
Develop quality capabilities through coaching, training, and auditor qualification
Oversee quality laboratory investments, maintenance, calibration, and certifications
Ensure manufacturing process controls and quality gates from launch through product end of life
