About the role

Bosch Automotive Electronics India manufactures automotive electronic products, including control units and eMobility systems. You will own dispensing and PCBA cleaning processes, support production readiness, resolve process issues, and improve quality and capability.

What you'll do

Prepare and document production readiness for NPI and ECR
Coordinate line builds, installation, pre-acceptance, and line release
Solve machine downtime and internal or customer defects
Improve process utilization, poka-yoke, FPY, and cycle time
Coordinate process and customer audits, capability, and calibration activities
Develop new processes and validate improvements using DOE
