• Translate business and IT needs into technical and functional requirements
• Develop and enhance applications, APIs and web services
• Test code and review team members’ work
• Serve as technical lead across active project initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve application performance and stability
• Mentor peers and junior team members on debugging and technical problems
