About the role
Decentro provides banking and payments infrastructure that helps companies build fintech workflows. You will verify merchants, complete onboarding and account updates, and handle onboarding queries while following risk policies and service-level timelines.
What you'll do
- Verify KYC documents and complete merchant onboarding
- Activate merchant accounts under risk and compliance policies
- Process account updates requested by merchants or internal teams
- Respond to onboarding queries from stakeholders and partners
- Meet turnaround times and document process changes
