About the role
Decentro provides API-based banking and payments infrastructure for fintech workflows. The Associate Director will lead finance operations, reporting, compliance, fundraising readiness, and a finance team.
What you'll do
- Own accounting, reporting, cash flow, payables, receivables, and controls
- Lead settlement reconciliations, merchant payouts, collections, and exception management
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, models, and board reporting
- Build finance policies, workflows, controls, and automation
- Oversee statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors and external partners
- Hire, manage, and develop a finance team
