What you'll do
- Lead complex payment fraud and abuse investigations through remediation
- Monitor chargeback and fraud performance against network and regulatory thresholds
- Use SQL to identify fraud trends and define risk metrics
- Design fraud controls, monitoring frameworks, and detection automation
- Standardize investigation playbooks, SOPs, and escalation criteria
- Partner across teams and vendors to resolve payment-risk issues
