Lead Devops Engineer

Novo provides business banking accounts and financial tools for small businesses, entrepreneurs and freelancers. The Lead DevOps Engineer will build and secure AWS infrastructure, automate operations, and improve deployment, observability and AI-assisted tooling.

• Design and own AWS infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code
• Automate scaling, patching, incident response and routine operations
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and self-service engineering tools
• Implement security policies, secure networking and certificate lifecycle management
• Monitor services and improve observability coverage
• Develop AI-assisted infrastructure automation and incident workflows
