About the role
GE Vernova's Gas Power business delivers power generation products and services across several sub-business lines. This engineer will coordinate operations and maintenance manual delivery, improve processes, track performance, and contribute to digitization and automation.
What you'll do
- Track released projects for OMM delivery
- Collect contractor team data and identify problems through Gemba walks
- Create and revise process documents and work instructions
- Develop OMM KPIs, metrics, and daily management routines
- Use Lean methods to prioritize and solve operational problems
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital tools
