About the role
GE HealthCare develops medical technology and digital healthcare solutions. This engineer will lead manufacturing process development, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across production operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Troubleshoot and optimize vacuum furnace, brazing, and machining processes
- Lead equipment qualification and manufacturing readiness activities
- Investigate quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain manufacturing documentation, product data, and costs in Oracle
- Drive lean initiatives, productivity improvements, and product transfers
