Lead Software Engineer - Python

Relanto builds data products supported by backend services, data-platform automation, and AI agents. You will design Python services, RAG and agent systems, data workflows, and the infrastructure that runs them.

• Design and maintain Python backend services and REST and streaming APIs
• Build RAG pipelines and tool-calling AI agents
• Design service boundaries, data flows, storage, and asynchronous processing
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secrets management
• Automate data workflows with dbt and Airflow
• Set technical direction through system design, code review, and mentoring
