What you'll do
- Review complex ads, jobs and advertiser cases against policy
- Resolve weekend escalations and route issues to partner teams
- Investigate complex member account reviews and appeals
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend process or tooling fixes
- Summarize emerging trends and policy feedback for stakeholders
- Coach junior analysts and help meet quality and productivity targets
