Lead – Workspace Transportation

InMobi operates advertising and consumer commerce platforms using data, machine learning, and generative AI. This person will run employee transportation operations for the Bangalore office, managing service planning, vendors, safety, employee communication, and costs.

• Oversee daily employee pickup and drop operations
• Plan routes, capacity, vehicle allocation, and service coverage
• Manage transport vendors, service levels, contracts, and corrective actions
• Track safety compliance, trip performance, complaints, and costs
• Reconcile transport billing and share operational reports
• Coordinate employee transport onboarding and service communications
