What you'll do

Identify process gaps and improve warehouse and transportation performance
Monitor logistics KPIs and coordinate with service providers to improve productivity
Track logistics costs, investigate variances, and support cost reduction
Maintain logistics audit documentation and reduce warehouse quality issues
Monitor customer claims related to logistics shortages, material exchanges, and damage
Deliver warehouse improvement projects and document new processes
