About the role
CERATIZIT India develops precision tools and services for industrial sectors including automotive, aerospace and electronics. You will lead CNC cutting tool design, develop tooling solutions and guide the design team from concept through product launch.
What you'll do
- Lead CNC cutting tool design and development from concept to launch
- Develop tool geometries to improve machining performance and tool life
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Mentor the Design team and establish technical best practices
- Conduct feasibility studies, tooling evaluations and root cause analysis
- Manage design projects and collaborate with manufacturing and customer-facing teams
