About the role
Smarsh helps regulated organizations manage risk in digital communications across more than 80 channels. You will lead the Cortex engineering team and deliver reliable production AI services, including model deployment, monitoring, and operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of ML and delivery engineers
- Own Cortex initiatives from planning through production release and support
- Deploy in-house models with automated quality gates and rollback criteria
- Establish model evaluation and production monitoring frameworks
- Maintain service SLOs, reliability, and incident response practices
- Coordinate technical roadmaps and dependencies with product and platform teams
