About the role
New Relic builds an observability platform that helps companies understand and optimize complex digital systems. You will manage designers and guide design quality, research, and product collaboration across AI observability products.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop designers through coaching, feedback, and career conversations
- Review designs and maintain quality across AI products
- Bring user research into product roadmap discussions
- Partner with product and engineering on priorities and design direction
- Guide the team in AI interaction design and use AI tools
- Contribute hands-on design work when needed
