New Relic builds an observability platform that helps companies monitor complex systems. The QA Engineer will test billing and payment workflows across financial systems and verify their integrations and data flows.

• Test end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflows
• Validate invoices, taxes, pricing, credits, and collections
• Test payment authorizations, settlements, refunds, and ledger allocation
• Maintain test plans and coverage in Xray
• Investigate integration failures and provide reproduction steps
