Lead and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers
Improve availability, performance, scalability, and resiliency of production systems
Establish SLOs and reliability targets with partner teams
Lead incident response, postmortems, and risk mitigation
Promote automation and AI-enabled operations to reduce operational toil
