About the role
nVent designs, manufactures and services electrical connection and protection solutions. The India Country Leader will oversee India strategy, business performance and operations while representing local priorities to global leadership.
What you'll do
- Lead nVent culture and leadership expectations across India
- Oversee India strategy, growth, manufacturing expansion and centers of excellence
- Align business, functional and site leaders on execution and accountability
- Own India P&L and deliver financial commitments with regional and global leaders
- Develop the India leadership pipeline through coaching and succession planning
- Represent nVent with customers, partners, industry groups and government stakeholders
