About the role
GE HealthCare develops medical technology and digital solutions, including Diagnostic Cardiology products. The Mechanical Architect will lead mechanical product architecture, design execution, technology roadmaps, and technical development across product teams.
What you'll do
- Develop mechanical technology roadmaps for Diagnostic Cardiology products
- Own mechanical architecture and detailed design from concept through commercial release
- Lead product development, integration, verification, and reliability testing
- Perform and oversee engineering analyses and design validation
- Conduct technical design reviews and guide engineers and designers
- Support manufacturing, suppliers, and field service with technical issue resolution
