About the role
PwC's Acceleration Center India supports clients through managed services and cloud infrastructure operations. This associate will monitor and troubleshoot cloud services, support IT asset management, and assist with routine operational tasks.
What you'll do
- Support cloud operations and client service workflows
- Monitor platforms and infrastructure tools for performance issues and interruptions
- Troubleshoot incidents across cloud platforms
- Administer infrastructure tasks using operational and service management tools
- Assist with cloud migration, optimization, compliance, and access checks
- Track performance data and support remediation actions
