About the role
PwC's Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice supports cloud operations and IT asset management for managed services clients. The associate will monitor cloud services, triage incidents, assist with administration, and support asset tracking and cost visibility.

- Support cloud and infrastructure operations across managed service environments
- Monitor cloud platforms, system alerts, and service health
- Triage incidents and troubleshoot cloud computing issues
- Assist with administration across cloud platforms
- Track infrastructure performance, availability, and operational trends
