About the role
PwC India provides cloud and infrastructure managed services to clients through its Technology Consulting practice. This person will operate cloud infrastructure workstreams, manage IT assets, troubleshoot service issues and support cost optimization.
What you'll do
- Track cloud operations workstreams and IT asset management deliverables
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, availability and platform performance
- Administer cloud services across supported cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and coordinate remediation
- Analyze operating model data to support cost visibility and resource optimization
- Guide junior team members and review assigned work
