About the role

GalaxEye builds satellites and operates facilities for assembling and qualifying satellite hardware. The Operations Head will lead AIT floor operations, manufacturing execution, budgeting, inventory, and team scale-up.

What you'll do

Establish SOPs across AIT labs and clean rooms
Own facility readiness, equipment uptime, and test preparation
Plan satellite build schedules and manufacturing capacity
Manage the AIT floor budget and cost forecasts
Oversee inventory tracking, replenishment policies, and traceability
Lead the AIT, inventory, and operations staff
