About the role
Syniverse provides connectivity and messaging services for businesses, communications providers, and travelers. The Operations Engineer supports messaging platforms, resolves production issues, monitors system health, and coordinates operational changes and incident response.
What you'll do
- Monitor messaging application performance, availability, and production system health
- Troubleshoot customer and application issues through resolution
- Deploy updates, patches, and configuration changes to messaging systems
- Respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotation
- Analyze metrics, logs, and support tickets to identify root causes
- Coordinate releases and enhancements with product and development teams
