About the role
Giga builds real-time AI agents for enterprise customer experience and operational workflows. You will run its India entity, support hiring and employee operations, and manage revenue operations and scalable processes.
What you'll do
- Run India payroll, compliance, accounting, audits, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate India recruiting, offers, onboarding, and employee programs
- Maintain CRM data and build pipeline and forecast reporting
- Support contracts, invoicing, and collections
- Document and automate operational processes as the team grows
