About the role
ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation that supports the development of medicines and treatments. The Principal Biostatistician will lead statistical strategy and delivery for oncology trials, conduct and oversee analyses, and support regulatory submissions and client work.
What you'll do
- Lead statistical strategy and execution for oncology programs and studies
- Review protocols, SAPs, and clinical reports
- Guide clients and support agency interactions
- Perform and oversee inferential analyses using SAS and/or R
- Contribute to proposals, bid defenses, and client presentations
- Mentor junior statisticians and improve processes
