About the role
UiPath builds enterprise automation software and SRE platforms that support its engineering teams. You will design, build, and drive adoption of reliable platform systems, including AI-powered capabilities, while improving production availability and performance.
What you'll do
- Design and build SRE platform systems and capabilities
- Participate in livesite monitoring rotations and mitigate escalations
- Improve availability, scalability, and performance using production learnings
- Build integrations and onboard engineering teams onto platforms
- Mentor software engineers through hands-on coaching
- Drive technical planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing
