About the role
Egis provides architecture, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility services for infrastructure and buildings. You will prepare cost plans, quantity take-offs, bills of quantities and tender estimates for MEP projects supporting GCC bids.
What you'll do
- Review design drawings, specifications and scope documents
- Perform quantity take-offs across design and tender stages
- Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates and rate build-ups
- Research UAE market rates for materials, labour and subcontractors
- Support value engineering and identify cost optimisation opportunities
- Assess commercial risks and contribute to tender reviews and negotiations
