SDE 2/3 (Backend)

Gushwork is building an AI agent operating system for small and midsized businesses. You will build and maintain backend services, workflows and integrations that power its AI agents.

• Build backend capabilities for content research, webpage generation and lead capture
• Design and evolve APIs, services, workflows and data stores
• Tune queries and workflows, and improve reliability and observability
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams on contracts, rollouts and failure modes
• Protect authentication, migrations, tenant boundaries and customer data isolation
• Write service documentation and operational runbooks
