Mimecast’s Governance, Compliance & Insights suite provides data governance, retention, compliance, archiving, and analytics products. This architect will shape product solutions, integration contracts, and AI-enabled architecture across engineering teams.

• Frame customer and product problems with cross-functional partners
• Define APIs, events, and data contracts across the platform
• Establish architecture decision records and service interaction patterns
• Set performance, availability, security, cost, and AI evaluation targets
• Coordinate architecture decisions across teams and Enterprise Architecture
• Estimate system costs and prioritize technical debt
