Senior Backend Engineer (Node.Js)

Josys provides an identity security and governance platform for enterprise applications, users, machines, and AI agents. You will build and operate Node.js backend services and APIs, contribute to system design, and gradually support existing Ruby on Rails services.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services in Node.js
• Build and maintain scalable, secure REST APIs
• Work with databases and backend infrastructure to improve service performance
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
• Debug and resolve issues across development and production environments
• Use AI-assisted tools to support development, testing, and code review
