PlaySimple Games develops mobile games. The Senior Game Designer will shape game concepts and features, balance systems, run playtests, and guide design initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design, balance and analyse new and existing game features
- Collaborate with product, art and engineering teams on game experiences
- Build tools to improve the design pipeline
- Own and communicate the vision for major design initiatives
- Recruit and train designers for design initiatives
- Organize playtests and gather feedback on feature prototypes
