About the role
PlaySimple develops games and hires across product, engineering, data science, finance and marketing teams. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, source and assess candidates, coordinate hiring and close offers.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networks and direct outreach
- Screen candidates and share profile summaries with hiring managers
- Manage candidate experience, offer discussions and hiring closures
- Maintain hiring trackers and report pipeline progress
