About the role
Scopely develops and operates mobile games, including Royal Lounge Casino, a casino game with slots, bingo, and card games. You will design, simulate, validate, and refine slot game mathematics and mechanics.
What you'll do
- Design and balance slot game mathematics and reward systems
- Develop mathematical models, simulators, calculators, and validation tools
- Run simulations to test calculations, edge cases, and win distributions
- Partner with engineering and QA to validate implemented game logic
- Use player feedback and game performance data to refine mechanics
- Maintain paytables, probability calculations, test plans, and specifications
