About the role
Scopely develops and operates mobile games, including the Royal Lounge Casino portfolio. The QA Lead will direct quality strategy, manage the QA team, and guide testing and release decisions.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end quality strategy across game pods
- Build, manage, and develop the QA team
- Define test coverage and risk-based validation approaches
- Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Assess release risks and recommend Go/No-Go decisions
- Coordinate external QA partners and automation initiatives
